CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Life happens! Contact me as soon as possible so we can reschedule or come to an agreement. If I get no communication, you will be automatically charged. DEPOSIT The cost of your deposit goes towards your appointment and is non-refundable. This deposit is good for 30 days for a rescheduled appointment. If your appointment is outside of the 30 days you will need to book an entirely different appointment. LATE POLICY There is a 10 minute grace period in place because we know life happens! 10+ minutes late may result in a reschedule as we may run into my next clients appointment time. If I am able to take you after 10 minutes a $10 late fee may apply. 10+ minutes late will require a new appointment with a new deposit. No communication after 10 minutes will be considered a no call no show. No call no show = no future appointments. I'm very understanding that sometimes things don't work in our favor! just communicate with me as much as you're able to prior to your appointment <3 hope to see ya soon !
